We will ship your order within 1 working day and Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the country. If you’re international, it might take a bit longer (usually 5–10 days). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road so you can stalk it every step of the way.
We move fast—sometimes too fast! We usually process orders within a few hours. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once the warehouse has packed it up, we can't pull it back, but we can help you set up a return once it arrives.

If your order doesn’t spark joy (or just doesn't fit), don’t sweat it. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. Just head to our returns portal to start the process.
It will be a free return shipping within 0-5 kg and £3.99 for 5kg+ packages.
